One Four Nine Group, a new, nationwide and independent financial advice and fund management group, has appointed Dr Bevan Blair as Chief Investment Officer of its Fund Management division.
Bevan will be responsible for developing and delivering the group’s range of model portfolios, with a focus on equipping advisers with innovative investment vehicles designed to help provide the highest standard of service to clients. Specifically, One Four Nine’s model portfolios will be tailored to offer a vital balance of security and flexibility, as well as offering a tax-efficient vehicle to help clients secure their financial wellbeing across generations.
Bevan has spent spend upwards of two decades constructing multi-asset portfolios for both institutional and private wealth clients. At a European pension fund manager, he built an award-winning tactical asset allocation model and during his time at a boutique wealth manager he designed a strategic asset allocation and risk model. Bevan has previously launched a model portfolio service for financial advisers.
