Our Support Team

Adam is the Marketing Director for the Group.

He is responsible for the One Four Nine marketing strategy and implementation through the Group. He works closely with all One Four Nine Wealth Locations to ensure that a consistent approach is applied and maintained to all marketing activities.

Neil is One Four Nine’s Financial Analyst.

Supporting Matt Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, Neil is involved in all financial and operational management of resources across the Group. He works closely with all One Four Nine Wealth Locations implementing and monitoring new consistent standards on information gathering and reporting of monthly MI for Group management and the Board. Additionally, he provides support on areas including financial performance, treasury and all cash flow management activities.

Sanjay is the Corporate Development Director at One Four Nine.

He leads all Merger & Acquisitions activities for the Group, driving the inorganic growth strategy to establish One Four Nine as one of the UK’s premier financial advice and investment management groups.

Steven is One Four Nine Group’s Head of IT.

Supporting the Chief Operating Officer, he leads on the migration and integration of firms into a centralised IT service across the Group. Steven will work with all One Four Nine Wealth Locations to understand their IT requirements and current challenges to deliver a smooth transition into the Group IT Service.

Donna is One Four Nine Group’s Novation and Reconciliation Manager.

As vitally important position for a growing Group, Donna is responsible for managing the reconciliation of income into the centralised back-office system. She works closely with all One Four Nine Wealth Locations to ensure a consistent approach is maintained.

Leanne is the Human Resources Manager for One Four Nine Group.

Leanne supports all Group operational and strategic HR deliverables for One Four Nine’s people. She also partners with all One Four Nine Wealth Locations, advising and supporting local HR initiatives, operations and activities.

Lian is the Change and Implementation Manager at One Four Nine Group.

She is responsible for the training and delivery into One Four Nine’s common technology centred systems and processes. Lian works closely with all Locations to ensure a best practice approach across all aspects of our in-house operational system.
